Emergency/Temporary Repairs
Sometimes a claim involving your property requires immediate attention; for example, temporarily boarding up of a hole in the roof, emergency clean-up or temporary lodging arrangements if your home is not able to be lived in. We have staff members available 24 hours a day/ 365 days a year to assist you in any of these arrangements. Simply call

Catastrophe Situations
If the area your property is in is devastated by a catastrophe such as a hurricane, tornado, or windstorm, American Commerce Insurance Company will activate its Catastrophe Response Team. American Commerce Insurance Company, in conjunction with your AAA insurance agent, has a Catastrophe Response Plan which will allow us to respond immediately to such a catastrophe in your city or town.
Our Catastrophe Response Plan will allow us to make the area in which a natural disaster occurs our first priority! We will focus our attention on the devastated area for as long as it takes to help our policyholders recover from the disaster.
